Information you share
When you send an inquiry, TOSHINE stores your name, email, company, selected product and message to respond to your request.
Optional visit analytics
If you accept analytics, we record a random visit identifier, page paths, referring website hostname and campaign tags (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term). We associate your inquiry with that visit to understand which campaigns generate inquiries. With your analytics permission, we also record an approximate country or region derived from your IP address by our network provider. We store the country code, not your IP address, in the analytics database. Temporary hashed network identifiers are used to limit abuse.
Visits use a 30-minute inactivity window. Campaign tags identify links, not verified personal identities. Visits without analytics consent are not included in these reports. Administrators are excluded from tracking.
Your choice
You can accept or decline analytics and change your preference with “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining removes the current analytics identifier from your browser and stops future tracking. Essential administrator login cookies are separate.
Storage and access
Information is stored in the website’s database; production hosting is planned for the United States. Only authorized administrators can access inquiries and reports. Raw visit records are removed after 180 days; inquiry details are retained for business follow-up until deleted by an administrator.
